Old Hernandez Road (13.56 mi, 40 min) is a well-maintained county road with 6.7 mi of easy, well-graded dirt. 4WD/AWD recommended. No camping. River ford subject to seasonal closure. Passes through private property, respect no trespassing/hunting signs. Plenty of camping options nearby.

China Camp Campground

Tassajara Rd: 7.4 mi, 47 min. Easy, dirt road with some shelf roads. 4WD/AWD recommended, impassable when wet. China Camp Campground has 10 camping spots, toilet, no water/electricity. #5 recommended, fires allowed (seasonal).

Williams Hill, Lockwood San Ardo Road

15 mi track (10 mi dirt) takes 1hr 10mins, easy level. Dirt roads, single lane with tight corners, 4WD/AWD recommended but most vehicles do well in dry. BLM/Williams Hill campsite (no water/electricity, vault toilet).
